I have known Elizabeth for 25 years as a dancer, personal carer, trainer of other personal carers and as a friend. I am quadriplegic and Elizabeth was my carer throughout my pregnancy and during my first few years as a mum. Calm, grounded and centred, I have witnessed her expertly hold space when challenging situations arise.  Warm and clear she is able to put people at ease to help them become receptive and open. Elizabeth strikes the perfect balance between strength and gentleness. Her hands are magical, able to soothe sore muscles and relieve deep physical and emotional aches. Her humour is clear and bright. A guiding light, she is simply a joy to work with.
